“Good afternoon! My name is Mary Jones and I`m calling you to make a complaint. I ordered a blue dress on your site last month. I was supposed to receive it in five days, but it was delivered two days ago.  I want to return the dress, it`s not the colour I ordered.”

“  Good afternoon, Mrs Jones! I`m very sorry for the inconvenience! You must fill in an exchange form , we will send you the blue dress, if it is available!”

“ As a matter of fact, I don`t want another dress, I want a refund. Besides that, I will make you  bad advertisement! Have a nice day!”

“ I apologize once again… Have a nice day!”
