It was a beautiful summer day. I woke up to my alarm. “Im awake...” I say to myself. I get dressed and head to the kitchen. My mom was there and she was cooking pancakes! Yum! I ate and than she told me that today we are going to the zoo, since it was my birthday. I totally forgot! I got in the car and watched the clouds go by as we drove fast. We got there before I knew it. We entered the zoo, got tickets and started to look at the animals. I saw a giraffe and its baby. Its legs were so thin, it couldn’t stand up! Than we went to the lions. They were very big. Than we saw the kangaroos. They were so cute!
I had an amazing day at the zoo for my birthday, and as a gift i got a kangaroo plush! Yay!
