That strange robot came and tapped me on my right shoulder, though surprisingly it didn't make me in any way uncomfortable quite in contrary making me feel a little more at ease in this chaos that was going on around me.
He or she, as I cannot distinguish its gender, had anything but a malicious aura around it unlike the other ones I have encountered until this moment or maybe it was my foolish and gullible self trying to see the good even in such a machine. How could I not though when it was guiding me to shelter in the middle of this apocalyptic seeming time, where the buildings were on fire and everybody was running to save their lives.
All these screams of despair seemed to quiet down the further away I was led from the burning buildings and to a tiny hideaway that I have never stumbled upon even though I frequented this route daily from home to work and vice versa. Before I could comprehend what was happening, my body was being shielded by the robots as a bullet had been shot right at me.
I instantly woke up gasping for air and clutching onto my chest as I tried to catch my breath slowly coming to the realization that it was all a nightmare or perhaps a too intense dream nevertheless I couldn't even fathom the thought of going back to bed so I got out and went about y day as if nothing had happened.
