A shiver came over me; as the skies darkened overhead,I was walking towards a city that everyone else seemed to be leaving.But I had no choice,this was my home,the place where I d grown and lived all my life,all those 16 years of mine,without ever going beyond its borders.It was a monotonous existence,just me and my grandmother,in a city that every day seemed to become more and more deserted and all because of the factory-it provided jobs for many years but now they had to shut it down so all the people working there had to leave and find other posts in the city or in another.Most of them chose the later option,because there aren t many jobs here anyway,so now,as I slowly walk towards home,I feel like I m walking in a phantom-city,a ruin of the human civilization,standing like a last stronghold of modernity in the way of nature...I wonder when will come my time to leave too..
