Cycling

I think cycling is one of the healthier and easier sport to do. It has a lot of benefits like decreasing stress level, improving posture, improving your heart life, etc. It's not a cheap sport, since a good bike is €1000+ and takes lots of hours on learning how to repair your bike and how to clean your bike(cause at one moment, you'll see that bike parts are expensive) . Cycling also decreases the pollution(you burn calories, not petrol). On the other way, cycling is a very risky sport: if you fall at a high speed, in the worst case you can die, which can be prevented by wearing a helmet or other body protection.
