The internet is not good for kids, they may get addicted to it, may close them up, bad for the eyes and brain. May cause them problems with anger, bad attitude, no more hanging out with friends or family, no eating. Kids need to play outside, not on the phone or computer.

Internet addiction has become, now days, almost an illness. Kids and not only, seem to not be able to confrunt every day problems without the help of the internet. We need to have more control on ourselves to stop it. Internet, device, and technology addiction are harming our eyes, brains and sometimes bodies. Even though we may not be able to spend less time on devices, we do need to get more in touch with the nature, and breathe fresh air every once in a while.
