How to reinvent yourself
Before I start, I need to tell that reinventing youself is a slow process, maybe one of the hardest there is. You may even want to give up on the way, but you can't, because then all you went through was for nothing. It is challenging task, but what would life be without a challenge once in a while ?
Where do you start ? Well, the fact that you've decided to do that is already a good start, the best one there is actually. What you'll do next is asking yourself "Why am I doing this ? Am I bored ? Is there something wrong with me?". This is the longest part, because sometimes we don't even know why we're doing something, we just want to or feel the need to do it. But anfer you've stated your motives, you're ready to go to the next step.
As I mentioned in the beginning, this is a long process, and that is because change doesn't happen overnight, but rather over weeks, months, even years. But you've got this. So what you'll do next is this: start changing. Easier said than done, am I right ? At first, it's only going to be something small, like sayng that you'd rather be sleeping only 3 times a day instead of 4. It's important to not pressure yourself. Slow and steady wins the race. And you'll just keep doing that.
Now, the hardest part is to not lose your motivation. I would recommend writing down a list of things that keep you going, or finding a role model. Anything that works for you actually is the best way to do it.
