Here in Romania there are different traditions for birthdays . In Romania children between 13 and 14 organize a big party . They need to impress everybody and show them they are cool.
For a perfect party you need a perfect location . Usually they chose a park ,their home or they chose to go to a mall to see a film and eat a pizza . The cake is important too. There can be juice , candies , snacks and for decoration they always chose balloons .
