Răspuns: My menu for this restaurant is based on some basic food.My menu would be based on italian food.For the starter there would be some bruschetta with olive oil and chopped tomatoes or some mashed soup.Then for the first dish people can choose from a variety of pasta(bolognese),pizza(margarita),rice(arancini) and fish dishes(Acciughe fritte in pastella).For the second dish there would be some meat dishes and cured meat(Abbacchio alla Cacciatora) and some vegetable dishes(Asparagi bianchi e verdi).For dessert it would be some Aceto dolce – fruit preserves made with vinegar, honey, and grape juice.If people would like to have something to drink they could have some Bicerin (– coffee, hot chocolate and whipped cream) and some wines(Abruzzi).In the menu it would be some popular dishes as well like Lasagne,Ragù alla bolognese and Tortellini.
