>In my opinion, child obesity in my country is an issue that seems to be way more concerning than the people here make it look like. Therefore, as the little ones may not have so much control over it, I came up with 3 tips or solutions for their parents in fighting this problem.
>First, children need a variety of nutrients from different foods, There is no such a thing as a “perfect plate”, but a focus on fresh fruits and vegetables goes a long way in ensuring they get what they need for optimum health.
>Another vital thing is introducing any sort of physical activity into their lifestyle. It doesn’t have to be all taken to fast, but even a little effort, like going for a 15 minutes foot walk, can make a big difference, and in time the physical activity can be increased little by little.
> A last solution, to make all of the above count, is the parent being a role model to their kid. The children are more likely to eat better and get mire physically active if they see their parents practicing a healthy lifestyle themselves. When kids see their parents breaking a sweat, they’re going to rise to the challange, and the entire family will benefit.
>In conclusion, these solutions must only be induced and not forced into their lifestyle, the reason being obvious: if a kid is being forced into something they will eventually start to hate it leading to separating from the lifestyle and losing all the interest in it.
