Good-bye coutryside, hello city!
Moving to Cluj-Napoca
Hi all,
I want to share with you something personal. Last month I moved from the countryside to Cluj-Napoca. The neighborhood I live in now is called Gheorgheni and it is on the South-East side of Cluj-Napoca. It has been a great experience so far.
I have Iulius Mall Park close by, at 10 minutes walking distance. Near the Mall, there is a lake called Gheorgheni Lake and a lot of benches next to it. Coming from the countryside, living in a crowded city is really new to me. The only thing that reminds me of home is the flock the ducks on the lake. That's why I like to walk by the lake and watch them almost every day.
Also, close to where I live, there is an outdoor exercise area with different fitness apparatus. I like to go there and exercise at least twice a week. Cluj-Napoca is a new experience indeed and I still need to adjust to the bus route in order to travel faster around the city. I will keep you posted with my adventures.
