People might want to live to 100 to avoid health problems, or to make the most out of their time on earth.
First, let's talk about physical activities. Many professionals say we need at least 30 minutes of some sort of physical activities every day. That could mean stretching, yoga, cardio, dancing, or maybe a walk around the block. The best exercise is considered to be cardio, but it can be quite dangerous if done to much because it increases your heart rate.
A good diet is important. You should be eating a little bit of every food category, while avoiding sugary sweets and drinks. Oil should be reduced to a minimum, while adding more baked or fresh goods in your diet. Carbs are good, if you are going to use them, aka work out.
