I think that staying in touch with your family and friends is important for our everyday lifes! Not only would our days would be boring without talking to anyone but we wouldn't have much motivation either. So the question I'd like to address is:How do we stay in touch with them? Well during the old times we'd have to write a letter but nowadays the world has evolved and we can text them from our phones,though using too much screen time is unhealthy. The best way to keep in touch with them is by talking face to face! It's more fun that way and your eyes won't have to suffer.
