a) It depends because cheap items sometimes tend to be low quality, while more pricey things are high quality, well made and even last longer than the cheap one.

b) People usually go for the best quality because you will not have to face as many problems  as you would with for example a cheap TV which might stop working or will keep glitching after a year or two.

c) I personally make my own list cause looking at what other people are buying will not help me get the stuff I need. The only way I maybe would be influenced by other people because of looking at their products is the brand.

2.

a) Information about how good the products are is more commonly found on the internet in reviews or the description of the product either on the internet or the box or label.

b) The good value of products could also be found on the web and this consists of searching for the same product on multiple sites to find the cheapest one.
