1.
Living in a busy capital means a lot more job opportunities whereas if you were living in the countryside, you wouldn't get so many job opportunities. At the same time, you'd be given much more entertainment and many more leisure facilities. However, the busy capitals are also the source of the most pollution, pollution is a serious danger to one's mental health. In my opinion, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages in this situation.
2.
Commitment is the act of loyalty, it's the deep emotion between 2 sides that makes the 2 inseparable. It's not just a word, it's an emotion, the type of emotion that links 2 peoples together

1) Every place on earth has it's advantages and disadvantages, take for example a busy capital, starting with the advantages, the capital is the industrial, cultural, and social centre of the country, it is full of different people, opportunities that will keep you busy, in a capital, due to it's importance are accumulated a lot of businesses, a lot of services, each of them at their turn generating a ton of jobs, a big city always needs a lot of workers to work in various fields to be able to sustain the city, so this generates a lot of jobs for any job you might like, but what comes after work? Free time, and what do people like to do in their free time? To entertain themselves, that's why a busy capital will always be full of night clubs, fancy restaurants, parks, playgrounds for kids, museums, operas and so on, that's why you can never get bored in a capital, you'll always have something new to try, but as always, there's the other side of the coin as well, a busy city, means a busy life, you'll always run against the clock, you'll be engaged into an endless race of survival, if you want a calm life, the capital isn't for you, but it doesn't affect you only psychologically, as mentioned above, the capital is often the industrial centre of a country, and as a direct negative consequence - pollution, especially air, from the big amount of cars, this is really a big concern for you and your family, it can affect your health and cause diseases, so be careful! In the end - chose whatever you like more!

2) The best way to prove something, is to do it, everyone can say "You're my friend, I'll help you", but will they? Commitment to someone or to something can't be expressed in words, it has to be shown by actions, who do you think loves their country more, the politicians that only speak about how much they love it, or the soldiers, who are ready to die for their country, who are committed to it, even if they might die.
The Cambridge dictionary defines commitment as: a willingness to give your time and energy to something that you believe in, or a promise or firm decision to do something. Notice: 'to give your time and energy', this is what commitment is, an act, a sacrifice for something or someone we love.
