I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to reach out and ask how you've been. I myself have been doing a little bit worse for the wear. I was very sick last week and had to go to the doctor.

I was feeling quite ill and had a high fever, so I knew I had to do something about it. I went to the doctor and they were able to diagnose me with the flu. They prescribed me some medication and advised me to rest as much as possible.

I'm happy to say that the treatment has been effective and I'm feeling much better now. I just wanted to let you know what had been going on with me and to thank you for your concern and support.
