a lot of time and is a lot of trouble.

1. Having a big family is much better than having a small one-

I disagree for many reasons. One of the reasons would be that having a big family leads to many fights, especially when there are many siblings. Another reason would be that a smaller family is a lot more peaceful.

2. Family are helpful in solving problems.

That is both true and false. They can help solve problems when they can, for example if someone wants to bully the small kid, the rest can come and gang up on the rest, but at the same time they can be the ones that cause problems.

3. Children should participate in making family decisions.

This is a definite yes. Children should participate for many reasons. One of the reasons is that they are humans too , with a brain, not thoughtless monkeys. Sure they don't have experience, but their way of thinking is much more bright and clean than the ones of an adult, which makes his decisions to be innocent, and not fogged up by thoughts of greed, like adults.

4.Keeping in touch with your relatives is a matter of duty.

I think that most people don't like other relatives, like cousins, aunts etc. because they don't live together and don't know each other that well. It's a duty that most wouldn't do if their parents wouldn't yell at them and tell them to call their relatives,

5.People should not invite guests to their homes. Receiving guests takes

a lot of time and is a lot of trouble.

This depends on the person in my opinion. People with big houses can even host parties, while people that are poor or have a small house struggle to have conditions even for themselves, so an exact answer for this statement can not be given.
