I thought it was going to be the most boring holiday but turned out to be the best i've ever had!
At first, when my mom and dad told me that we're going to celebrate Christmas at a cabin in the woods, i wasnt excited, i didnt understand why we had to go so far away from home just to be in the middle of the forest. I didnt want to go but they made me pack my bag and we left.
In the car i fell asleep for one hour and when i woke up, i heard my mom on the phone with someone. As soon as she saw me she hung up,I didnt know what she was doing, and i didnt care.
As soon as we got there i saw 2 other cars, and i realised one of them was my oncles and the other one was my grandparents. I saw my two cousins running up to the car smiling. I was so happy to see them and i hugged them.
I realised that my parents set up this whole surprise, i thanked them, and apologised for being rude earlier.
