Respectable Travel Agent,

I am writing you from Germany to inform you that I wasn't pleased with your services. I flew to Berlin yesterday and I didn't enjoy the flight.

First of all, the food wasn't delicious at all. It was tasteless and I think a little bit expired.

Then, I have to complain about the rubbish services. There were none! I had to carry the food box from the plane to the airport!

The last thing I didn't like was the comfort. The seats were so uncomfortable that my back is still in pain!

To make flights more enjoyable not for me, but for all passengers, please fix these problems. Thank you.
