Suicide and self harm  effects of depression. It is the moment when the person can’t take it anymore and starts harming themselves, thinking that it will take their pain and suffer away, but it doesn’t. Everybody has problems and it is okay to cry and ask for help, but it is not okay to harm yourself. Life is a constant battle, and you have the right to take a break from fighting, but you don’t have the right to end your battle. You can always ask for help and adivice, from friends, family and people you trust, they will help you. Depression is something you can’t deal with alone, and self harm and suicide only make it worst.
