I am writing to complain about the book order no. 17362. I bought a dinosaur pop-up book from your online store, but I have received a totally different book. To make matters worse, the book I got was severely damaged.

I would appreciate if you could send a courier back to my address with the correct book that I have initially ordered. I will also provide pictures of the book I received as proof, attached to this email.
