One day I was playing football with some friends when I saw four boys on a bridge nearby. They were laughing and shouting and I was wondering what they were doing. Then I noticed that they were waving a puppy in the air. Ehen the boys saw me, they threw the puppy over the bridge and it fell into the river. They ran off laughing. I jumped over the wall, ran down to the river and leapt into the water. I grabbed the puppy and swam back to safety. My friends who were standing on the bridge were clapping. I was a hero!
