The texts talks about the importance of independent judiciary and why it is important for it to not be assosiated with any branches of the government.  

Further, it is says what this independence consist in regarding the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, such as the fairness in a process or how the judges have to conduct themselves in a form of dignity and impartiality.

Then it is presented the example of Moldova where it is explained how the justice works and by whom.  

Later on we are given other examples of judges and what qualifications these have to posses so they can do their job.
