Dear Sir,
I am writing to let you know that I was really disappointed with your restaurant's services, which i visited last monday evening.
First of all, the waiters were really slow. I had waited an hour for my meal to come! And after waiting that so long, the pizza was cold and the pasta were too spicy. After that, when I got the bill, I was surprised! Such big prices for that unsatisfying food!
Now I expect an apology from your restaurant's staff and you for spoiling my evening. I also hope that you will improve the service and reduce the prices or you will lose a lot of customers.
