I was a guest at the Plaza Hotel for five days the previous month. I am writing to you to report the problems I was faced with during my stay in your hotel.

Your hotel is advertised to be a four-star hotel which led me to believe that the services offered are impecable. Unfortunately, this was not true in my case. I expected my room to be cleaned every morning and my towels to be changed daily. However, the maid vacuumed my room just once in all the five days, not to mention that the bathroom was not up to standards - a tap was leaking. When I asked the maid to have these things fixed she was rather rude to me and ignored my dissatisfaction completely.

Taking all these into consideration, I must demand a refund because I do not think the way I was treated was up to the standards you claim to have.
