Rugby was invented between the 1960 and the 1970's. It is also known as american football. The rules aren't pretty simple and it's a dangerous sport. ...(aici scrie regurile. Cautã "rugby game rules") It is a very tough sport and it requires a lot of muscle. The players are all equipped with heavy protection against the possibly fatal blows. Since the first reported death in the 1980's,Rugby requires protection while the game is in progress. Although they got armor covering their head and shoulders,they cannot be fully suited in armour because they would slow down and get exhausted early in the game. There are lots of injuries caused by players dashing and slamming their bodies against each other. It can include:
-internal bleeding
-broken bones
-brain damage
-muscular tares
Although it is a dangerous and maybe scary looking sport,it is quite enjoyable. If played with caution, it is a very healthy and pleasurable sport to play.
