From my experience, I can tell you if you don't have enough time to spend on extra lessons, you should read books and magazines in English. That helped me a lot because although I knew what the word meant, I needed to start expressing myself, and you can find how to express yourself better in books and magazines. Also, you should start practicing English with your friends. It's a very enjoyable way to learn and your friends could help you with that. One other thing that you should do is to watch movies or TV series in English, and of course, with English subtitles. That also helps with the way you express yourself.
