Bullying is a thing that is very common around schools in the world , so today I wrote 5 general ways to tackle it
First one is by just simply teaching kids that it is a bad thing and bad things have consequences , bad consequences .
Second would be to explain them that in school they're like a family , and a family has to be United and nice to each other , not the opposite.
Third is a good solution if bullying is already a problem in the school , it involves the teachers to stay in places that bullying is a problem like on chokey halls or emptier areas to be here to help and ground the guy that was having a conflict with the innocent kid .
Fourth would be very similar to the last one but more modern , if the school has cameras a teacher or an adult could stay at the monitors and check the school more efficiently , and not only few places , if someone would bully another kid , they can just get in the place coming more of a surprise to the bully since he won't have much time to react to the teacher and won't even mind that he knows everything
And last but not least would be more creative... Sort of a campaign of stopping the bullies , giving them more strict punishments for bad behaviour , extra homework , expulsion etc. Sper că ajutai , scuze că îi lung da na , sa fie acolo
