Being a chef is a very difficult job. First of all because you have to cook almost everyday and in all seasons. Using the oven during the hot days of summer is not easy at all. Second, you have to meet your client's expectations and different tastes, in order to make them come back again to that restaurant. That's why chefs must have the passion for food and enjoy cooking for other people. Otherwise the stress they endure, cooking for more than 10 hours, sweding and spending every day in a kitchen, would be intolerable to bear.
