Ingredients:
500g meat beef
500g potatoes
5 - 6 pickles
5 pickled peppers
5 perfect carrots
A small celery (root)
200g frozen peas
Salt
Pepper

For mayonnaise:
600ml oil
2 boiled yolk
1 raw yolk
A teaspoon of mustard
Lemon juice
Salt

Method of preparation
I washed the meat and i put it in a pot on the fire to boil. I removed the formed foam.
I washed the potatoes and I put boiled in their skins.
I peel the carrot and the celery, I washed them and put them in boil with the peas.
Mayonnaise: For the mayonnaise i used the vertical blender. I mixed, i put a pinch of salt, and i homogenized. I started adding oil alternating with lemon juice. I mixed until i built all the oil and lemon juice.
