This quote refers to the fact that although the attitude may seem to be a very small and imperceptible thing, it really can make a difference in most situations we face daily. I mean, the way we behave, the attitude that we show to others, it often demonstrates how much respect, comprehension, tolerance and cleverness we have. If we try to control our emotions and show an appropriate behavior in any situation in part, then we get, many times, what we want, without the need to resort to other methods, less peaceful or to complain about that.
