Banana Bread

Ingredients: Butter, Oil, Sugar, Eggs, Mashed bananas, Yoghurt, Vanilla (after taste), flour ,bicarb, salt, cinnamon (after taste too), raisins or nuts.

How to prepare: Beat the butter, oil and sugar together till they get creamy. Then add the eggs and continue the beating untill the composition is smooth. After that, add the mashed bananas, the yoghurt and the vanilla and keep beating. After a while, add the flour, bicarb and the salt.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Put the composition in a pan with nuts and raisins. Bake for about an hour until a cocktail stick inserted comes out clean.
