One of the scariest experiences in my whole life happened on the night on my sister's birthday. She was having fun dancing, laughing and talking to her friends while I was trying to fall asleep. Next to my bed there is a chair on which the Bible that my mom reads stays. And I knew that the Bible was always there. As I was falling asleep, I suddenly hear a door close. Since the bathroom is next to my room, I just assumed that it was one of my sister's friends closing the bathroom door. I stayed with my eyes closed for another 5 minutes and then I opened them. Guess what? The Bible wasn't there anymore. I got so scared that, even though it was 11 in the evening, I just turned the lights on and called my best friend. I was freaking out. I wss shaking and I started crying because, me always being paranoid didn't help in this situation. After I calmed down and talked some more with my friend, I went to my sister and asked her if she's seen the Bible. She started laughing and said that shee took her. I was still shaken but I'm happy that it was her who took the Bible.
