5% of all population of the globe are born liars, they are not so ''disgusting'' compared to what some people think, they can be good actors or maybe politicians. We can't or we shouldn't accuse people who are born liars, they have that in their DNA, of course we don't know about that, maybe neither do they, so maybe you will not judge someone before you really know that person.Truth is truth, and even if a person or all people don't believe you, if you know you say the ''right thing'', if you believe it yourself, you're still right. Subconsciously we will be calmer if we know that we are right, even if people don't believe us, when something we believe in or something from reality is in equilibrium with us, nothing bad will happen to us.A lie is a lie, even if all people think it is the truth, because in the subconscious level of people who know this is a lie there will be a pressure, a continuous stress and that can affect a person in different ways.
The psychology of truth or lies isn't something ''hard'' to understand, you just need to understand that you will be ok, at a mental level, if you tell the truth, and you will suffer if you tell a lie, maybe not at that given moment ... but a lie is a lie and lies always come back to haunt you.
