Sport is very important for everybody. It keeps you fit and healthy. It is highly recommended to introduce sport into your routine. Without sport, you'll get fat, and you won't be able to play with your friends. In connection with sports, you can also eat fruits and vegetables. By doing this tho things, you will be able to have a long, healthy life, without caring about diseases such as diabetes or obesity. And don't forget, an apple a day keeps the doctor away!
