Well, at first, since I'm an optimist person I'll start with the advantages.
If you think of it carefully, we don't go out much, right? That means we don't poluate the earth. The junk isn't as much as it was before, and the world is more beautiful. Plus, the stores are closed. That means, we don't spend so much money for clothes and other useless stuff. We can save them, and do something productive with them after the pandemic is over. You can spend more time studying, and meditating about some of your actions. Maybe this will help you to make better choices on the future. Oh, and let's not forget about the time spend with the family. Most people don't spend time with their family. Not much at least. So now that you are stuck with them you can't get away~. Just kidding, but seriously now; family time is precious. Now you will get enough of it! Of course, it may be bad to stay with a some persons for too long, but we're at the advantages list, so let's be optimistic! Look,maybe there is a book you wanted to read but you didn't have time. Now you do! Isn't it great?! Ofc it is!
Now, even if I don't want to, I have to get to the bad points too... I have to be negativistic now...
First, there where many cases of domestic violence. And because of pandemic, they can't get away from their aggressors. Also the lack of friends. Some people are usually rounded by other people all the time. But now, they can't really see anyone. So that might drive someone crazy. It may end with anxiety and even depression. The people who were left jobless, now can't feed themselves or their family.
I don't really know what else to say, so I'll end here. Those are the advantages and disadvantages of spending time in quarantine. Of course, that's only my personal thought.
