Dear Andrew,

I have arrived in Paris for 3 months but I still don't have any friends. I have tried very hard to make friends at school but some people don't like to talk to me. I don't know why. You are always a very popular student at school Can you tell something about the ways I can make friends? Whom I can make friends with? Where can I make more friends? Please give me some advice.

Hi Jane,

First I wanted to tell you that I'm sorry to hear this. You could try to talk to more people than you usually do or at least try to be nicer and help others when they need it. You could set off and try your best to be as much talkative as you can.

You could try at first to read somebody like a book and if you realize they are alright they can be your friend. Try and make accounts on social media and maybe read between the lines so you can meet other people. You can bring someone at a glance. You can put up cool photos so you get a lot of likes. I don't know if this will work, but you can try on a shoestring budget to buy cool stuff. Put up your ideas on a notebook and be more organized so you have more free time to hang out with people. Remember to never put up with people, because it will definitely make your popularity lower.
