To my notice, the statement is fully agreeable.I do indeed think the same and to my perspective, it is right.
Firstly, I see it like that because motivation is something that you need to do for your hard work.It is not everybody has, but that doesn’t mean it is not true.
In view of these facts, it is quite likely that the statement is right because motivation means the will to do something tho you like it or not.It is beneficial and helpful. And the hard work the statement was saying, means the work you were motivated to do.
All the same, it is possible for some other individuals to believe not in motivation and will not get motivated by any sort, and will refuse doing the work, while it is possible, this is completely different from my perspective and I do not support this issue.
