Dear Chris

Finally my dream came true! I have my own apartment! Don't ask me details, I promise a long chat with you after we meet.
My mother said that it would be proper to throw a housewarming party and I decided to invite my best friends and some close relatives. So, Chris dear, don't plan anything for your next weekend because I formally invite you to my party. I plan to start at 7 p.m. Dress code: cocktail. I know, I know, it's only a small apartment in a block of flats, but I want a classy party for my house! It deserves it. I will be paying for the next 20 years for it.
Please try to keep in mind my new address: 17th Postage Street, apartment 35. To be honest, it's not easy to find it. After you cross St. George Boulevard, you'll see a small square on your left. Starting from the square there are 3 streets. The Postage is the middle one.

1. The letter will be read by my best friend.
2. I want to have a classy party, and this was a good opportunity also to send a letter to my friend.
