If I were a vegetable, I would definitely be a broccoli. Just think about it, almost everyone dislikes my taste, therefore I would have a very good chance of not being eaten.
However, should anyone choose to eat me, I wouldn't hold a grudge. I would help them a lot considering how healthy I am. I mean I am on every list of healthy foods, just search the Internet or ask anyone.
Come to think about it, I would actually be kind of sad that people, especially children, don't pay me that much attention. I should actually be a star considering how many benefits I have. You could boil me, steam me, fry me with butter, make a puree or a soup out of me. One could say that the possibilities are endless. So, as you can see, I could either live a long and happy life, growing old to see my broccoli children sprout and grow, or I could help someone live happily forever after. That's what I call a win-win situation.
