If I only had an hour to choose my mom a present first of all I would go to an mall/Shop and buy her new dresses ,plants,a new purse and an chain that says I love you!

then I will go home and make her a card saying how much I love her and how many nice things I would do for her! Then I would put all the things in a gift bag and wait for her to come back from work ! And of curse I will make it as a surprise,because she loves suprises!
