b. It's very important we don't rely on others for our peace of mind and happiness. Truly, that's one of the worst things one can do, because once allowing someone to be your happiness, they can easily leave or be taken away from you, which will only leave you broken, in an aimless existence. Of course we can allow other people to make us happy, but we mustn't depend on having those persons in our life to bring us the happiness we long for. Once we learn how to be our own source of happiness, that's when almost nothing can weigh us down. Nobody can bring you all the happiness you deserve; that can only be found from within.
