Hello, my name is "..." and I would like to make a complaint about my neighbors. My neighbors don't follow several rules that contribute to maintaining public order and saving the environment, such as, they throw trash everywhere and listen to loud music. These two things they violate seem minor, but they affect me a lot, because because of the garbage they throw, I can no longer breathe clean, and I feel a bad smell when I open a window or leave the house, and listening to music is very too late makes me lose a lot of sleep.

In conclusion, please do something about my problematic neighbors.
