1. We haven't got separate bedrooms. My sister and I argue all the time.
If we had got separate bedrooms, we wouldn't argue all the time.
2. I'm in a hurry. I won't stay for a meal.
If I weren't in a hurry, I would stay for a meal.
3. It's raining. I won't go for a jog.
If it weren't raining, I would go for a jog.
4. He sits around all day. He isn't very fit.
If he didn't sit around all day, he'd be very fit.
