I wake up,i make my bed.After,i go and the bathroom and wash my hands,teeth and face. Everytime,before i eat something,i wash my hands very good and wash the fruits or vegetables i am eating.At night,i wash my teeth and i take a hot shower.I always respect these rules,no matter what.
