The feelings shows you, your moods in a moment. It depends much how are you feeling. How are you feeling? Happy, sad, good, bad. How is your mood? Scary, happinnes or fun. This two words "mood" and "feeling" are the same. But the questions are put differently. Example is about feeling: "How are you feeling?"- The same that I write and say before. And the example for the mood is: "How is your mood today?". This term is important for everyone in life. It's important how is your mood or feeling. I don't know how to do the difference between "mood" or "feeling", They are the same. I can't do an apart explication, because it's possible but impossible.
