We all learn at home, at school, from friends, from the internet, from television or from magazines, such as living well to be healthy. We probably will not be all performance athletes and not that we will not live all 150 years, but there are some rules / tips that are obviously worth considering:- be careful about what / how / when we eat (nutrition needs to be balanced, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, not eat late evening, eat less and more often ...)- to avoid consuming anything that is harmful (excess fat or sugar, tobacco, alcohol ...)to drink plenty of water (we are, for the most part, water, water complements us and purifies us ...)- to move (jogging in the morning park, digging the garden, soccer with friends, etc., keep our tone high, being an important part of a healthy lifestyle)- have a regular sleep program (it's important to be careful how we rebuild our powers for the next day)Lists all the rules of a healthy lifestyle (I'm sure you still know others). Try to give as many examples as to explain to a younger brother.Complete composition by telling you about it. Are you following all these rules or just a part of them? Why?
