My winter holiday
I spent my winter holiday in Predeal, Romania.
I've had a wonderful time there during Christmas and the New Year caught me in a very beautiful and pitoresque-like restaurant partying with my family and enjoying the snowy weather outside.Predeal is such a unique place and I've had fun skiing and snowboarding is my new hobby.
It was, by far, the best winter holiday ever!

My winter holiday
Now that the summer holiday has begun with its unbearable heat and hot air, I try to think of something that cools me down, at least psychologically. So here I am, dreaming about winter and its particular charm.
I stayed at home last winter, my family didn't travel anywhere. No sofisticated mountain resort. But I had the time of my life.
I went outside with my friends in the neighbouhood. It was a big chance to renew our friendship, because school and homework kept me away from all my good friends. We played a lot in the snow, raising ice blockhouses (cazemate) and fighting in teams. It was so much fun! Of course, nobody got hurt. But most importantly, we talked a great deal and this made us happy.
Christmas came and I watched in amusement how my parents tried to secretly place my gifts under the tree. I got a guitar and I used it as a weapon against my noisy neighbours. No, in fact I tried to learn how to play it, but my neighbours said I had no talent.
I miss my winter holidays of last year, in fact I miss the fresh cold air and my friends. They are away in Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece and they will return when I go to the mountains. But we'll meet again in August.
