Kelly froze.The shattered glass had crackled under her shoe.She took another step hardly daring to see what happend into her house.She was stepping on her window's broken glass.The little girl was so scared.She didn't know what to do.She have never been through something like this.Her heart beats so fast, that she clearly heard as it struggles to get out of her chest.Someone broke into her livingroom, through an open window and now the stranger is trying to open her mother's jewelry box.What to do?Call the police or try to leave the house without being seen?Kelly thought that she can run to a neighbor's house and then tell him what happens.When she left the house, she heard footsteps coming toward her.The footsteps were of his father.She told him what is going on and he decided to go at his friend, who lives near them and then call the police.
Unfortunately, the thief leaved before the police came.
Kelly will remember that for a long time.
