One of my favorite food is bean soup. A lot of children loves pizza, but I AM CRAZY ABOUT BEAN SOUP. My mother usually cooks bean soup for me. First, she soak the beans for 12 hours, then whas them well and place them in a deep saucepan. Next, mum boil the beans for 12 minutes and chop the onion and the carrots. Then, put them in a saucepan. Finally, add olive oil and boil the soup until the beans are thender. Every time I am excited to eat bean soup and I am crazy about it.
